Eligibility for Refunds:
1. Return Must be initiated within 2 days of the delivery date.
2. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
3. Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Non-Refundable Items:
1. Personalized or custom-made items.
2. Perishable goods (e.g., flowers, food items).
Process for Refunds:
1. Contact our customer service team at giftaglli@gmail.com to initiate a return.
2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
3. Return the item(s) to us at our registered address using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
5. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
